How to Use This Feature

Ticket SIT-14446: Blank Ticket Type Category and Ticket Type on Add Ticket

Behavior Summary

  • On adding a new ticket (not on initial event set up page load), the feature should:

    • + Ensure both "ticket type category" and "ticket type" fields are blank

    + When applying a ticket type category, ensure all available options from the partner's ticket type list under that category are displayed

    Key Requirements

    • Blank ticket type category field on add ticket

    • Blank ticket type field on add ticket

    • Display available options from partner's ticket type list when applying a ticket type category
