Remove logic to check for hold/sale/reservation when copying or adding price codes.
Description
This feature removes the need to check for hold/sale/reservation when copying or adding price codes. When a BO operator copies a ticket configuration from one event to another, the system will apply the source event's ticket configuration to the target event without checking for conflicts.
Behavior
When copying a ticket configuration with the same price code in the target event, the system will log changes.When copying a price code to an event that already has the same price code, no logs are created.The feature ensures a single history row per save action for all editable fields, making it easier to view changes without cluttering the log.Acceptance Criteria
A single change-log row is created when updating one or more fields in a ticket.No change-log row is created when clicking Save without modifying any fields.Logs are created when copying a price code to an event that already has the same price code.
