Event Series Payment Plan Purchase Email

Problem Statement

The current email template used for event series payment plan purchases through the iframe is incorrect.

Description

  • When an advanced (not day) purchase is made in BOE, creating a reservation
  • The email should use the existing template instead of the wrong one
  • Behavior

  • The customer receives an email confirmation after selecting a payment plan during Iframe checkout
  • The email should contain information about the invoices and payment plan selected
  • The monthly payment confirmation email should be the same as the BOE invoice emails
  • Expected Result

    The correct email template is used, and the payment plan details match the actual plan.
