How to Use This Feature

Feature Summary: Assign Hold to Seat/Seat Block

Overview

The feature allows administrators to assign a hold to a seat or seat block. This functionality is part of the [Manifest Actions] permanent actions.

Behavior

  • When selecting seat blocks, administrators can apply hold types to seats.
  • Only admins with access to manage hold types can assign holds.
  • Only admins who can assign holds can complete this action.

    • Issues and Status

  • The feature has failed QA testing due to issues with:

    • + Incorrect list display

    + Mismatch between system's hold status and displayed information

    + No action performer on clicking the ASSIGN HOLD button
