Overview
This feature enhances the "Apply Account Credits" modal within the Payment Plan Details view to include a payment distribution modal. Admins can control how credits are applied across the plan.

* Payment Distribution Modal: A dropdown selector is added to the modal, allowing admins to choose between:
+ Distribute evenly across plan
+ Distribute chronologically
* Distribution Logic: The selected distribution logic is applied correctly to the payment plan.
