How to Use This Feature

Feature Summary

Filtering Capabilities

  • The feature allows administrators to filter the manifest using various criteria, including:

    • + Event Tier

    + Event

    + Event Series

    + Status

    + Section

    + Row

    + Quantity

    + Hold Type

    Reserved Query

  • The reserved query is generated by filtering the Reservations table by event and identifying the seats reserved.

    • Behavior

  • When using the filters, any changes made to a row will be lost when filtering.
  • Updating price codes or low/high seat prices are fine to be wiped when filtering.

    • Implementation Notes

  • The service will generate filters in real-time according to the response of the manifest list service.
  • Certain options (Status Section Row Qty) will not be included in the service due to performance concerns.
