How to Use This Feature

Feature Summary: Restricted Access for List-Coded Customers

Overview

The feature restricts access to certain actions on Marketplace for customers identified via list codes. This ensures that fans with restricted list codes cannot view tickets, sell, transfer, or add to their wallet.

Behavior

  • When a fan logs into MyAccount and has a profile identified within the "list code" restrictions defined in BOE:

    • + The View Tickets, Sell, Transfer, and Add to Wallet buttons are disabled.

    + An Information icon is displayed on the disabled button.

    + Hovering over the icon shows a tooltip with language to contact customer service.

  • When a list code restricting access is applied:

    • + Fans cannot take those actions in MyTickets on Marketplace.

  • When a list code enabling access to a delinquent plan holder is applied:

    • + Fans can take all actions in MyTickets on Marketplace.
