Feature Summary: 3DDV Events Inside SI Tickets App

Overview

This feature allows fans to access 3DDV events within the SI tickets app on both Android and iOS devices via an iframe.

Behavior

  • The feature enables the display of 3DDV events inside the app.
  • Fan can open a 3DDV event from the app's homepage or search results page.
  • On mobile devices, the 3DDV map-enabled events are displayed within an iframe.
  • Legends and select one 3DDV event functionality may not work consistently on mobile devices.

    • Known Issues

  • iOS: Blank white page on launch
  • Android:

    • + 5 issues with TG pop-up display

    + 3DDV image is not interactable unless maximized

    + Consistency issue with 3DDV image display (e.g. Rugby Day 1, 227WC section)

    + Legends are not displayed
