Feature: Reflect AnyTickets as new vendor in Transaction in the Customer Service Admin tool

Overview:

This feature allows administrators to reflect AnyTickets as a new vendor in transactions within the Customer Service Admin tool.

Behavior:

  • When purchasing a ticket from an event, the system initially displays "(n/a)" for the vendor.
  • The feature reflects AnyTickets as the expected vendor, resolving this issue.
  • Admin Tools:

    The feature is available through both Production and UAT admin tools:

  • Production: https://admin.prod.sitickets.com/admin
  • UAT: https://admin.uat.sitickets.com/admin/login
  • Note: Both production and UAT admin tools require an OpenVPN connection.
