Feature Summary: List Code Restrictions
Overview
List codes restrict access for fans who are identified via list codes from performing certain actions on Marketplace.
Behavior
When a fan logs into MyAccount and their profile is identified within "list code" restrictions defined in BOE, the following buttons are disabled:+ View Tickets
+ Sell
+ Transfer
+ Add to Wallet
If a button is presented in a disabled state, an Information icon is also shown with a tooltip providing language to contact customer service.List codes restrict access for the following actions:+ Resale
+ Transfer
+ Add to wallet
+ View ticket
+ Defer payment
Enabling Access
List codes enabling access for delinquent plan holders allow fans to perform all actions in MyTickets on Marketplace.
Notes
The feature does not enable access for fans who are not identified via list codes.The feature does not prevent fans from accessing their tickets immediately after purchase if they do not use express checkout.
