Feature Summary: Fix Sales Webhook for MVP Gap

Overview

The feature aims to improve the sales process by tying the webhook endpoint that creates sales on SeatHQ to an affiliate.

Behavior

When an order is placed on the AT (CatchAll) side, a webhook call is made to SeatHQ.

The webhook endpoint must be based on an affiliate and not tied to a Ticketgroup or Purchase Order.

There should only be one sales webhook subscription per affiliate.

This change ensures that sales are correctly associated with affiliates.
