How to Use This Feature

Feature Summary

Overview

The feature creates Ticket Groups (TGs) for Consignors upon Purchase Order Creation.

Behavior

  • On SeatHQ:

    • + TGs added are linked to the affiliate ID of the purchasing account selected on the previous step.

  • On CatchAll:

    • + TGs created are linked to the affiliate's client_broker_id.

    Notes

  • The feature has been identified as a potential issue due to inconsistent query results and internal server errors.
