External Notes Feature Summary

Problem Description

The External Notes feature is not working as expected.

Key Issues

  • When adding external notes, changes are not saved.
  • Previously selected notes are displayed when reopening the popup.
  • The feature does not pass notes to the catchall API properly.

    • Behavior

    • Right-clicking on a ticket and selecting "Add External Notes" opens a popup.

    • Selecting external notes and saving changes does not save the changes.

    • Reopening the popup displays previously selected notes.

    • External notes are not passed to the catchall API correctly.
