Update Fulfillment Details Modal and Add Right-Click Option on TGs Grid
+ For E-tickets, require a PDF upload with optional multiple uploads per seat.
+ Ensure users can remove uploaded PDFs before committing them.
+ Allow users to download or add more PDFs after committing.
Key Behavior:
• Users can upload and manage tickets (PDFs) for E-tickets delivery type.
• Users cannot remove uploaded PDFs after committing them, but can download or add more.
• Super Admins can see and download PDFs attached by users in the "Company/Affiliate" advanced filters.
