This feature fix addresses issues on the Users Create form.
Changes Made
Removed affiliate selection requirement.Corrected placeholder text for "Phone" field (now bolded).Set type phone for "Phone number" field to prevent browser auto-complete with emails.Removed text "_Enter phone number (10-15 digits, international format accepted)_".Prevented password field from auto-completing.Result
