Feature Summary: Remove Temporary Goods (TGs) from Sale while Not on Hold
Behavior:
• When a Consignor attempts to remove a listing that is not currently on hold:
• The listing will be soft-deleted from the database.
• If a listing is on hold:
• A toast message will be displayed with the time left until the hold can be released.
• The expiration time will match the time returned by the CatchAll Webhook, rounded up to the nearest minute.
